tip number one-hundred-and-twenty-seven: if your 2017 was crap you should end it feeling like crap; aka in bed sick

(break day number thirteen)

-when you wake up and your legs go out, know it's going to be a rough day

-your coworker is the best if they can cover you last minute

-soup and sleep

-if you're going to miss the turn of the new year, you may as well get as much sleep as you can

-think of it like this: If you're sick now, you've essentially hit rock-bottom. Now the only way to go, is up! -wise words of advice from my coworker
