tip number nineteen: fire drills are good times for tea and avoid the park when there's caution tape

-when you have extra time, always get tea (cause your tea will be as hot as the supposed fire)

-chances are if the park is sectioned off by caution tape, you don't want to go exploring

-don't feed rats crackers... a group of them will appear

-have no dignity, no shame, and don't be embarrassed to put yourself out there
